Shipping Information
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia, using Australia Post.
1. Processing Times:
- Orders placed before 12 PM AEST (Monday - Friday) will typically be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed after 12 PM AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak promotional periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

nobody's nobody is pleased to offer international shipping to the countries listed below. For international orders below $150 AUD, shipping fees will be charged.

- Express International: An Express International option may be available at checkout for an additional fee, offering faster delivery times (typically 2-10 business days, varying by destination).
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or the country you’re shipping to. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
- Refused Shipments: The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. We will not refund any purchases that have not been accepted at Customs. By accepting these terms, you agree to the above.
- Delivery Delays: International delivery times are estimates only and can be affected by customs clearance procedures, local postal services, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Restricted Countries: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to all international destinations due to varying regulations and carrier limitations. If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to your location.
3. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched (both domestic and international), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel via the Australia Post website.
4. Delivery Issues:
- Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will apply. For international orders, this may also include additional customs processing fees upon return.
- Lost or Damaged Parcels: While we take every care in packaging your order, sometimes unforeseen issues can occur during transit. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number. If you are unable to resolve the issue with Australia Post, please contact us at hello@nobodysnobody.com.au, providing your order number and details of the issue. We will do our best to assist you.
- Delivery Delays: nobody's nobody is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other third-party shipping carriers, especially during peak seasons, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, including customs processing delays for international orders.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your Nobody's Nobody purchase, please review our returns policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns for products purchased directly from https://nobodysnobody.com.au/.
- Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, resalable condition with all seals intact.
- Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they are deemed faulty or caused an adverse reaction (see below).
2. How to Initiate a Return:
- To request a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@nobodysnobody.com.au within 30 days of your purchase.
- In your email, please include:
- Your full name and order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for your return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) if eligible. Please do not send products back without prior authorisation.
3. Return Shipping:
- Unless the product is deemed faulty or an error was made on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as Nobody's Nobody cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. For international returns, please clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges.
4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable by nobody's nobody.
5. Exchanges:
- We do not offer store credit or exchanges at this time. However, if you’re unhappy with one of our products, please review the return instructions above.
6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products:
- If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at hello@nobodysnobody.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable. We may ask you to return the damaged/faulty item.
7. Allergic Reactions / Adverse Reactions:
- While our products are formulated with care, individual reactions can occur. If you experience an allergic or adverse reaction to one of our products, please discontinue use immediately.
- Contact us at hello@nobodysnobody.com.au with your order number, the product in question, and a description of the reaction. We may request a photo of the reaction and/or a doctor's note.
- Cases of adverse reactions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to understanding your experience and finding a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or store credit (at our discretion and subject to policy terms).
8. Sale Items:
- Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
