our serum bottles, tubes and 100mL bottles are made from 100% recyclable PET material.
please remember though to remove the pump mechanism and/or caps before placing in recycling bin as the pumps and caps are not recyclable at this time and need to be disposed of responsibly.

we always suggest patch testing products on your skin prior to using to ensure they are appropriate for your skin type, as everyone is unique, however, we have a big testing panel of sensitive skin types and every product in our product range has proven to be well tolerated for sensitive skin.

we provide direction on our range to help our customers use the range synergistically and understand how to get the most out of each product.. however, each customer is unique, and you can adjust this recommendation to suit your individual needs. for instance we suggest using the leave on exfoliant 3 x weekly, however, you can use every day or even twice a day if it is well tolerated on your skin. for instance…we recommend using nobody’s leave on exfoliant 3 x weekly to maintain normal skin health, however if you have a breakout or troubled skin that you are working to clear then we would suggest you use once or twice daily for the duration of the breakout and then returning to skin maintenance
routine.
we also recommend using the retinol target serum 3 x weekly however can be used daily if your skin tolerates the retinol well.

yes, you can! you can create your own serum smoothie mixes to suit your skin and your needs, you don’t have to layer or you can layer – it’s totally up to you.
all our serums are designed to work synergistically with each other and our team loves doing this, we change up our mixes constantly changing up the routine now and again also benefits the effects on your skin.
our fave serum smoothie at the moment is mixing one pump of vitamin C along with one pump of GLO serum. yes, I hear you say “but vitamin C is recommended for use in the AM, and GLO serum is recommended for use in the PM”… sure, but you can mix it up. our team have been trialing mixing the 2 serums in the AM before applying makeup or using the two and mixing them with bronzing drops for a beautifully radiant and luminous result.

our bronzing oil is NOT a self tanner.
