Promotion: 30% off storewide
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the "30% off storewide" promotion ("Promotion") offered by nobody's nobody. By participating in the Promotion (including by placing an order during the Promotion Period), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.
1. The promoter
The Promotion is conducted by Stirling and Hinds Pty Ltd (ABN 96 638 020 176), trading as nobody's nobody, with its registered office at 1/51 Ramsden Street, Clifton Hill VIC 3068, Australia ("we", "us", "our", the "Promoter").

2. Promotion period
The Promotion commences at 12:01am on 13 June 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 30 June 2026, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) ("Promotion Period").
Orders must be completed and paid for within the Promotion Period to qualify. Items left in a cart, wishlist or unfinished checkout when the Promotion Period ends are not eligible, regardless of when they were added. We may extend, shorten or withdraw the Promotion at any time in accordance with clause 12.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to retail customers who:
- are placing an order for delivery to an address within Australia; and
- are aged 18 years or over, or have the consent of a parent or guardian; and
- are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use (orders we reasonably believe are for resale or commercial quantities may be cancelled).
The Promotion is available to customers in Australia only. Orders with an international delivery address are not eligible, and the discount will not apply to such orders.
4. The offer
During the Promotion Period, eligible customers receive 30% off the regular selling price of eligible products purchased through the Website ("Discount").
The Discount is calculated off the relevant product's regular selling price (RRP) as displayed on the Website immediately before the Promotion Period began. The Discount does not apply to delivery/shipping charges, taxes, or any non-product fees.
5. What is excluded
Unless otherwise stated on the Website, the Discount does not apply to:
- gift cards or e-gift cards;
- shipping, handling or delivery charges;
- products already marked down, on clearance, or sold as part of a separately discounted bundle or set (the Discount does not "stack" on existing discounts);
- taxes, duties or other government charges;
- purchases made outside the Promotion Period; and
- any products specifically identified on the Website or product page as excluded from the Promotion.
6. How the Discount is applied
The Discount is applied automatically to eligible items at checkout. No discount code is required. If a discount code field is shown, no code is needed to receive this Promotion.
You are responsible for confirming the Discount has been applied before completing payment. We are not obliged to apply the Discount retrospectively to a completed order where the customer did not check out during the Promotion Period or did not meet the eligibility criteria.
7. Combining offers
Unless we expressly state otherwise, the Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, coupon, voucher, sale, loyalty reward or promotional offer. Where multiple offers could apply, only one offer (the higher of the applicable discounts, as we reasonably determine) will apply to a given item.
8. Pricing, currency and GST
All prices on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices shown during the Promotion Period already reflect the Discount, except where the Discount is shown as applied at checkout.
9. Shipping and delivery
Standard Shipping & Returns Policy terms apply. Free standard shipping is available on eligible Australian orders of $75 or more. For the purpose of the free shipping threshold, order value is assessed on the discounted product subtotal (i.e. after the 30% Discount is applied and excluding shipping). Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be longer during high-demand promotional periods.
10. Stock availability
All offers are subject to stock availability and while stocks last. We do not guarantee that any particular product will be available for the duration of the Promotion Period. We are not obliged to provide rainchecks or substitute products if an item sells out.
11. Returns, refunds and your consumer rights
Our standard Refund Policy applies to products purchased during the Promotion. As stated in that policy, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Where a return or exchange is permitted, any refund, credit or exchange value will be based on the price actually paid (i.e. the discounted price), not the regular price.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this Promotion. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights apply to products purchased on sale in the same way as products purchased at full price.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
12. Changes to, or cancellation of, the Promotion
To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to amend, suspend, extend or withdraw the Promotion (in whole or in part), and to amend these Terms, at any time and for any reason, including for reasons outside our reasonable control. Any change will not affect orders already validly completed and paid for under these Terms before the change took effect. We will publish any updated Terms on this page.
13. Pricing and website errors
We try to ensure all pricing and product information on the Website is accurate. However, errors may occur. Where a product's correct price is different from the price shown due to an obvious or genuine error, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we may treat the order as cancelled and provide a full refund of any amount paid.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 11, we are not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including any technical fault, delay, system error, or inability to access the Website or complete an order. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Promotion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Where you have consented to receive marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the policies referred to above, are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Promotion.
