Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the nobody's nobody "Winter Rescue" promotion, including the Winter Rescue Duo and Winter Rescue Trio sets. By participating in the promotion, you agree to these terms.

1. Promoter

The promotion is conducted by Stirling & Hinds Pty Ltd (ABN 96 638 020 176) trading as nobody's nobody ("we", "us", "our"), operator of nobodysnobody.com.au.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Monday 13 July 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 23 August 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Orders must be placed within the Promotion Period to qualify.

3. The Offer

During the Promotion Period, the following limited-time sets are available at nobodysnobody.com.au:

• Winter Rescue Duo — A$37.50, comprising Luxe Rich Cream (currently sold separately at A$30) and Glass Skin Overnight Hydration Mask (currently sold separately at A$26).
• Winter Rescue Trio — A$46, comprising Luxe Rich Cream (currently sold separately at A$30), Peptide + Niacinamide Serum (currently sold separately at A$22), and Barrier Boost Milk Toner (currently sold separately at A$19).

The set discount is applied automatically at checkout when all component products of a set are added to the same order. The discount may be displayed at checkout as an adjustment to the order total or apportioned across the individual component products; where it is apportioned, the discounted price shown against each individual product may vary, but the total payable for the set will equal the set price stated above.

4. Savings Statements

Any stated "value", "worth", or "save" amount refers to the total of the current individual selling prices of the component products on nobodysnobody.com.au at the commencement of the Promotion Period. Individual prices are displayed on the relevant product pages and may be verified there.

5. Set Purchases

The Duo and the Trio are sold as fixed sets at the set price. Components of a set cannot be exchanged for other products, substituted, or purchased individually at the set's proportional pricing. If any component product is removed from the cart before checkout, the set discount will not apply, and the remaining products will be charged at their individual selling prices. Set pricing ends when the Promotion Period ends, after which the component products remain available at their individual prices.

6. Exclusions

Set prices cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional code, or offer unless we expressly state otherwise. Gift cards are excluded from the promotion. Free shipping applies to orders of A$75 or more in accordance with our standard shipping policy.

7. Availability

The offer is available online at nobodysnobody.com.au only, while stocks last. Delivery is available to the regions listed in our Shipping Policy on this website. If a component of a set becomes unavailable, we may withdraw the set from sale; orders already placed will be fulfilled or refunded in full.

8. Returns & Refunds

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. Change-of-mind returns (where our standard returns policy allows) must include all components of the set, and refunds will be based on the set price paid. Where a product is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, your Australian Consumer Law remedies apply in full and are unaffected by this promotion.

9. Changes to the Promotion

We may vary, suspend, or end this promotion earlier than the closing date where it is reasonably necessary to do so — including in the event of technical failures, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or abuse, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any change will be published on this page and will not affect orders already placed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our decisions concerning the conduct of this promotion are final.

10. Fraud & Abuse

We may refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe involve fraud, resale, automated purchasing, or manipulation of the offer. Amounts paid on cancelled orders will be refunded.

11. Product Use

12. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

13. General
