1. Promoter

2. Promotional Period

2.1. The "Simply Hydrated, Lasting all winter" promotion ("Promotion") commences at 03:30 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Tuesday, 9 July 2025.

2.2. The Promotion will conclude at 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday, 31 July 2025 ("Promotional Period").

2.3. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to shorten, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

 

3. The Offer

3.1. Receive a 40% discount off the recommended retail price (RRP) of selected products ("Eligible Products").

3.2. The discount is automatically applied to Eligible Products in the shopping cart during the checkout process. No promotional code is required.

 

4. Eligibility

4.1. This Promotion is open to all customers purchasing from the Website for delivery within Australia.

4.2. Employees of the Promoter, its associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

5.2. Availability: The offer is strictly valid only while stocks of the Eligible Products last. No rainchecks, backorders, or substitutions will be offered for items that become out of stock during the Promotional Period.

5.3. Shipping: The 40% discount applies to the product price only and does not apply to any associated shipping or handling fees. Standard shipping costs will be calculated and applied at checkout.

 

6. Offer Exclusivity (Cannot Be Combined With Other Offers)

7.1. In the case of a return, any refund issued will be for the exact price paid for the product after the promotional discount was applied.
