we provide direction on our range to help our customers use the range synergistically and understand how to get the most out of each product.. however, each customer is unique, and you can adjust this recommendation to suit your individual needs. for instance we suggest using the leave on exfoliant 3 x weekly, however, you can use every day or even twice a day if it is well tolerated on your skin. for instance…we recommend using nobody’s leave on exfoliant 3 x weekly to maintain normal skin health, however if you have a breakout or troubled skin that you are working to clear then we would suggest you use once or twice daily for the duration of the breakout and then returning to skin maintenance
routine.
we also recommend using the retinol target serum 3 x weekly however can be used daily if your skin tolerates the retinol well.
